The recent introduction of the Transport Oriented Development State Environmental Planning Policy (TOD SEPP), which includes the Islington Village Centre, further enhances the development proposition.

Investment Summary
Initial investor funds will be used for pre-DA costs to achieve development approval.
Investors receive a fixed return of 20% p.a. After achievement of development
consent (approximately 12-18 months), investors have the option to exit the project with their return or remain in the project until completion.
The minimum investment amount is $250k, however the targeted investment amount is $500k and above.
This offer of fixed returns at 20% p.a. is only available to a limited number of investors. Once the required $2 million is raised, the offer will be closed.
